Template Letters

These letters are provided as templates for you to send to your tenant(s) should you need to warn them about anti-social behaviour. It is important you read the section ‘tackling ASB - the process’ in order to understand the role of these letters and when they should be sent.

Should you use these letters please ensure you follow the process ie, Send stage 1 letter first; should the behaviour continue then send the second letter. There are spaces in both letters for you to include details of the evidenced behaviour.
