An ASB Case Manager will be assigned to deal with your case and this person will be your main point of contact throughout the process.
We will provide you with the details of Torbay Council’s ASB Hotline or other numbers for you to report any incidents of ASB.
Police non-emergency and emergency numbers will also be provided for you to log any criminal incidents.
We will also give you information on accessing Victim Support, a national charity set up to support people affected by crime.
Incident diaries are used by those suffering from ASB and by those who have witnessed ASB to record incidents of ASB. The content of the diaries may be used as evidence in Court and therefore it is important that they are as detailed as possible.
