Remember that computers store information about websites visited. The safest way to make sure your abuser doesn’t see what you’ve accessed is to use a computer away from home – at the library, an internet café, work, or a friend’s house. Find out how to cover your tracks on your own computer by visiting The Hideout website.

At least 1 in 4 women experience domestic violence in their lifetime and between 1 in 8 and 1 in 10 women experience it annually.Less than half of all incidents are reported to the police, but they still receive one domestic violencecall every minute in the UK.
